probably don't wanna put to much stress on it, but you could probably still hit legs really hard
Bro you can answer this question for yourself.... We cant see ur fukin arm.... If you think their gonna come out or it hurts too much dont workout, if not rock on....

I just had stiches myself, I suspended my workouts and ended my cycle which was due to be ended pretty soon anyways, I took 6 days off until the stiches were out because I didn't want the wound getting infected-your supposed to keep it dry and it's warm now so sweating all over it can cause infection or hinder the recovery..

dude what happened did security toss u out or was it a bad fight? sounds like u should let the cuts heal some, u don't want them opening up while u workout and bleed the place up!

i think even if u wanted to hit it the pain wont let you. the cuts dont really hurt until u put some stress on them. i had 4 stitches in my r. forearm and i thought i could resume normal activities but when i tried to throw a football the cut hurt so bad that i decided to wait the week that the doc said. even after they are removed it will still be a little tender.
here is what happened: i went to the can and it was crowded. i banged in to a guy and he pissed on him self. he started **** so I one punched him. out cold.
when I came out of the bar I got a sucker punch from no where and went flying through the front window...lol
kinda funny. oh well, legs and cardio till saturday. thanks all
