What are the best liver protectants. How do most of you use them during cycle ie; Dosage, frequency during the day, post cycle.

guys there's a new liver supp. going around called LIV-52, made by a pharma/herbal company that's been around since 1934,, co. is called Himalaya Proselect.

it's got alot of different stuff in it for liver support and protection, with a ton of studies done behind the ingredients.

few health stores carry it,, u may have to search online.

i'm getting some when i run out of the milk thistle next week.

You can buy it at the grocery store, a health food store, GNC etc. (just about anywhere that sells vitamins, and other supplements). Milk thistle is in pill form.

Yeah I work at a vitamin world, and we have them in one pill at 1000mg....Its a very small pill too, just in case you were worrying if it was a horse pill....its also very inexpensive, but its a MUST....also things like ALA and cranberry concentrate are good for the liver.

Tell me, what is ALA? I knew that cranberry juice is good for the kidneys and I drink a lot of it. I didn't know that it is also good for the liver. WOW!! Thanks for the info.
