i need some advice im taking winstrol depot first week im taking half cc then the following im going to be taking 1 cc. Im not stacking it with anything just taking it by its self. My specs are im 5 foot 9 and i weigh 220, 20 percent body fat. is this a good cycle for me?

The only thing that is going to make you lean is diet and cardio. 20% body fat is a lot of weight for someone your height. So, the steroids are not going to make the process any quicker--at least not significantlly quicker.
You should spend your time getting down to 10%-13% bodyfat without steroids. After you reach that goal, bulk up--try to minimize the amount of fat you put on witha a cycle (stay within 1-3% of the 10-13% range while you're bulking), then cut back down to 10-13% after your bulking cycle.
Get over the false belief that steroids added to your routines will magically help you achieve your goals. They won't. In other words: If you can't loose the weight naturally by dieting and using cardio, then no steroid is going to help you.
