    Am I f***ed or what?

I just got a call from a place I am trying to get a job at. I had a phone interview and it went good. They said they would contact me next week for another interview. Now I am happy as hell and about to shoot my prop in my a$$ and I started to think about drug tests. I just finished fina two weeks ago and that stays in your system for 4-5 months and prop is like 2 weeks. I know it is uncommon for employers to test for AS but has anyone ever failed a drug test for an employer because of AS. The job I am applying for is NOT a government job.

I trust your opinion Swole. I guess it does not matter if I quit shooting right now I would still fail if they did test, better go do that then. Thanks for easing the stress bro, if I fail the test though, I'm holding you responsible Swole

Testing for gear is VERY expensive.

Any reason why you think this location would test for AAS?

Swolecat is spot on: Steroid tests are far too expensive. So, employers stick with the basic drug tests (recreational/hard) drugs--one's that could impair judgement and contribute to accidents.

    A few words of advice:
No matter how chummy you get with a co-worker, don't flap your gums about steroid use . It just takes one overheard conversation or a jilted/upset co-worker to ruin your good situation.

Even if it's obvious that you're on steroids , tell them you eat well and work hard.

They test for thc, pcp, narcotics, amphetamies, cocaine and tricyclics. I've never heard of a private employer testing for AAS. As Swole says you need not worry.

Last I checked it was upwards of $300 for one steroid test, not exactly what a small buisiness wants to waste its money on. Like someone else said, dont go talkin about sauce to anyone and youre in like flynn.

you have nothing to worry about. most of the time they check for three things -pot, cocaine, and meth. I remember applying for a job at a drug testing lab and i asked how often they did tests for AS. The person interviewing me said not often and usually it was sport related only. Hope you get the job.

Testing for AS is very expensive and time consuming.....definitely not something most employers want to deal with. They mostly look for stuff like the euphoric drugs.
