20 yr old male
215 lbs
16-18 % body fat
what i do:
lift 5 days a week, plus cardio for 10-30 mins each day
goals: lean down, get toned
i started a cycle of just winni. im on my first week i do half cc eod, im going to start til 1 cc the following week.
can you please give me some help?
