How do you take d-bol?

I heard some people take the weekend off,

also I heard of some people that take all the daily dose at one shot and others split it during the day.

What's your opinion, how do you take it?

every 4 hours or so with no breaks.

I need to know what kind of dbol you have first. 5mg or 10mg tabs, or do you have liquid?

I always took have 5mg tabs. I take two with breakfast, two with lunch and two after my lift. I took 6 tabs at once because I forgot and that did not work out well.

Stay on it for 4 weeks and go up to around 50mg perday in your last week,

I forgot, no breaks, 7 days a week!

I take 30 mg/ed. two 5mg tabs every 8 hrs or so.

however the half life of d-bol is 3-6 hrs.

maybe 1 tab every 4 hrs is a better way, or that would make each dose too low?
