Hey this will be my 3rd cycle i am 22 currently 175lbs i am lookin to gain about 10 to 15lbs of lean mass and wanna keep bf about 10%. I am a baseball player n i do have a long season n a lil extra weight is not to bad but this is wat i have so far.
wk 1-10 400mg Eq
wk 1-10 500mg Test Enan
wk 6-12 50mg ed Winny
PCT- Clomid/Nolva
Any suggestions or any mods to this? Or if you do recommend other gear please let me know i am very open to suggestions u guys do a great job on here.
Run the test one week longer than the EQ. Looks good otherwise.
I would run the Eq 2 weeks more and the test 3 weeks more, something like this:
wk 1 -13 500mg Test Enan
wk 1 -12 400mg Eq
wk 10-15 50mg/ed Winny
PCT Clomid/Nolva

Hey thanx for the input but i was wondering being a baseball player winny is tough on joints are there any alternatives to winny? Same results not same joint pain n chance of injury?
my joints were fine on winni. you could add glucosomine
drop the winny, run the test till 14, and eq 12

If your worried about winny hurting your joints then you can run glucosamine 1500mg, chondroitin 1200mg, and MSM 100mg ed.....it takes about 6 weeks to get into your body so I would suggest running it thruout your cycle.
From a fellow baseball player, winny is great for strength, but I consider the potential injury too much to risk. It's not as simple as "winny will dry out your joints." Check out some threads about winny and how it helps collegen synthesis in connective tissue, but inhibits "cross linking integrity", making tendons brittle. Test can slow down collegen synthesis. I did a test/winny cycle a year ago, got strong, but battled through some tendonitis issues this season that I had never experianced before. Be careful here. Anavar might be a good substitue for winstrol. Eq is a good choice.
Hey how should i mix in the anavar if i decided to add it in to my stack? I kno i would prolly take it at 40mgs/ed but not sure where i would add it in my cycle. So far this is wat i have

Btw I think i am goin to go wit all QV products i figured out of all the products i can get those were the best. Id appreciate any and all input from u guys.
