once again sorry for posting this here but could someone give me some help all i could figure out in supplement forum was arginine /mo4hn. i dont know what they meant when the said mo4hn
assuming your bf is low and you are just trying to bring out your veins.try 1000mg of niacin if that dont work the try viagra,that works for me
is niacin availbe at gnc's or local supplement stores? and should i use niacin before workouts?
you can get it anywhere they sell vitamins...supermarket,drugstore...etc..i wouldnt buy anything from gnc.overpriced
start at 200mg to see how you react to it.you should fell flushed and your heart rate will increase and then your veins will start pumping.effects last about an hour

hey man i would stay away from niacin, my roomate took that **** from gnc and he only took half a pill and he completely turned red as hell. he said he felt like he was on fire. i thought he was going to die for real. he turned as red as fire. i wouldnt take that ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
wal mart sells the flush free kind for like 5 bucks. take it throughout the day as a supplement. It raises your metabolism a lil bit as well so good for more than just veins.
BTW.....flush free means you won't burn
yea i wish i would have read yalls feedback because i just took some that i bought from gnc and i turned red as hell. thought i was dyin.
Why do you just want more vascularity while youre working out?
From what I know, higher doses of arginine will help providing you are not 25% body fat. Get lots of other effects as well from it as well. Try it.Quote:

All the feeling you get is the blood rushing thru your body and the flush free wont do it but still a bad idea. Your heart will blow up eventually. Not something I want to do.
