How often to take test e.

How often are you suposed to take test e. twice a week right? :lift:

usually twice a week.......whats your dosage per week?

do a shot on monday and a shot on thursday.......you could do once a week if you absolutely had to, but splittin it up 250/250 maybe a bit better

yeah that is exactly what I am doing but I had a bro ask me and I just wanted to show him what the normal thing to do is.....thanks for your help
