Dont Kno Wut To Do!
im on the 5th day of a 4 wk 1mg m1t ED cycle and i completely ripped open my forearm at work in an accident today and i got 12 stitches. I think ill b ok without pct since i only been on a low dose for 5 days wont i? and can u train with stitches??? help is neeeeded

i would suggest waiting a few weeks until the stiches come out to train anything that uses arms, but you could probably take this time and hit legs really hard. As for pct, its all up to how you feel but i wouldn't think you'd need to do any pct although some might say to do a small session of it

I trained w/ staples in me once...popped 4 all in a row. that was lots of fun.

But my opinion:
1. Stay away from exercises that will put excessive force on the stiches.
2. Spend the rest of your cycle working on your legs. There are few people that don't need more time spent on building his/her legs.

DO not workout the area of stitches. It needs to heal otherwise you risk infection & more scarring. But if it was me you still cannot work other body parts because your arm is involved one way or another. Besides a week-10days may be good to rest ,then hit it hard.. Good luck

thanks for all the input guys im not even gonna bother continuing the cycle im just going to train hard with protein n creatine because im getting surgery for gyno in mid november and i dont wanna worry about pct or nething like that close to the surgery. I cant lift for 30 days after the surgery but im jus gonna get back at it like never be4 after that and run a serious cycle before the summer. as for now im just gonna train legs twice a week and catch up on sum cardio. thanks again
