    deca question

    Im thinking about running deca 300mg/week. Can i run this alone? i dont want to get too big, im 6'5, 207, 4%bf. The reason i want to do deca is because i have had two surgeries, one on my shoulder and one on my elbow. deca is suppose to lub the joints, so i figured it would help. Will i run into any side effects with Deca? Any input? Thanks

    Nope. Add test with it, 400-500mg, unless you want a weiner that doesn't work, you'll get better results too.

    Do a search on "Deca only cycles" and you'll see that you need to add test.
    Also read up on anti e's/clomid in the edu forums...

    actually anti e's will do no good with deca. it results in progesteron not estrogen so you need B6

    I'm pretty sure he added the anti thing in there for the test, because of the whole deca only thing...get it?
