200-400mg
i took 600mg. 200mg split into three dosages
200 mg is the reccomended dose, depends on the person also and how prone you are to getting gyno.
im running the same cycle as you and i take 300mg per day
can u get B6 from ARR?? or is it script required
If you think you are prone to getting gyno I would get some bromo just in case. B6 alone hasn't prevented me from getting some progesterone gyno.
not sure if AAR has it(if they do buy from AAR and support the board) but you can get it almost anywhere.. GNC(expencive) rite aid, walgreens.Quote:
