I see NO reason not to take it since your muscles are working harder they still get depleted. Besides L-Glutamine can help minimize muscle breakdown more so than increasing protein synthesis.
Thanks Bluethunder. I just needed to hear it from a knowlegable person on this board before spending $ on some bulk glutamine. Do you have any suggestions on the best type of glut to get or are they all pretty much the same? I was gonna get the 1200gram deal from bulk nutrition for around $56.00Quote:
