5'5" - 173lb
bench - 350 x 4
squat - 550 x 4
i stiff-leg deadlift more to develop the muscles needed for sprinting and i use 315-365 x 4-6 for that...i know u asked for deadlift but i usually go for speed when deadlifting, so i dont use realy heavy weights when i do that

This was my last meet as a "natural" lifter.
I now weigh 250+ but dehydrate down to 242 for meets..........I'll surf around the web and see if I can find a more recent pic.Last edited by Carl Carlson; 10-07-2004 at 06:07 PM.

pic 1---mid 700's squat from my first cycle last winter
pic 2---upper 500's deadlift from when I was 20 years old (still clean, of course)
pic 3---the only bench picture I could dig up. This is 400+ at about 218 bodyweight (clean days).
I should post some big numbers at my next meet on december 11.......an 850 squat and 600 bench is very possible. The challenge will be getting back down to 242.Last edited by Carl Carlson; 10-07-2004 at 06:07 PM.
