obvisouly your first go round..................d is graet for bulking....you know adding mass.................i hope you have some nolva or anti e of some kind.....you are planning on proper pct, right?
Its best to run at the start of cycle, but i suppose it woodnt hurt to throw it in now
It would be better utilized at the start of the cycle. You know these past 3 week where you haven't started growing too much yet. Well you could have been growing for 2+ weeks already. Now it will give a good boost but I'd suggest to just hold on to it until next cycle.
jst had 1st shot of week 4 today, should i be starting to grow sometime soon ?

Take half a 20mg nolva a day which iv been told is sufficient from this board, i plan on getting clomid but no one i speak to even knows what it is around here !!

Strength is really improving now, just about what ever i lift i feel like i could allways do that one more, anyone else feel like this ?
(This is probably psycological because i think i SHOULD be able to do more)
My mood hasnt changed either, i have a rather nasty temper when i get really wound up anyway but 99% of the time i dont let things get to me, nothing has changed in the past 3 weeks i havent even found my self being an ass with people as other steroid users sometimes report

Weeks 1-12 sust250(organon) 1 amp--e3d
Weeks 3-7 dbol pills(Ciba) (5mg) x 5 pills ed
What are your opinions on the organon sust and dbol by Ciba?
When should I see gains?
How much should I expect?
What and when do you recommend pct?

Thanks for your input but I'm on the board looking for tips on weight/mass gains not height. But since your so interested, gh is something useful at ages 12-18 for height, once growth plates are sealed shut there is no hope for heights gain. Back to my original post, what would be the weight gains approxiametly on organon sust250 e3d for 12 weeks and dbol 10mg x 5daily for 5 weeks? any recommendations, im trying to go from 115lbs to 130? possible?Quote:

The point of using d-bol would've been to kickstart a long-ester cycle
So it would've made sense using the d-bol if you were doing a test-e first cycle
Using the d-bol weeks 1-4 while you waited for the test-e to kick in.
IMO
keep the d-bol for cycle two
