the freakin pictures

I have been admiring all the cool pictures everyone has with there names,I didn't know where else to ask so I'm asking here, when I try to add a picture to my profile, I cant get one that I can shrink enough to satisfy the max size. What am I doing wrong ?

find a smaller pic... :unsure:

You need to use a Photo Editing package and resize it to 150X150. Send it to me I can do it for you if you want
