Ok tomorrow I have to start taking clomid. My cycle was 400mg wk of EQ and 500mg of Test Enant. I just want to make sure that I got everything right.
Now tomorrow I have to take 300mg of clomid is there a certain time I should take it(morning of night)?
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 2 - 21 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 22 - 28 20mg Nolva
Is this right?

i would start with 200mg of clomid and dont just take all them pills at once shot ,make sure u take it in 4 different times of the day,good luck broQuote:

it doesn't really matter what time you take it as long as you are consistant. example: morning, morning, morning....
200mg is fine. even 100mg would be fine. different people do it different ways. just as long as you're HPTA gets back up to par and your boys come back.
so do I break the dosage up during the day or is it fine to take all at once.

take 300mg if you think your body is okay with it then drop to 100mg. break it up into 3X100mg. 100mg after every meal.

My results weren't that great because I think I got under-dosed gear but I my strength did go up and I got alot tighter, 5 lb gain. Hope you cycle gets you better results then mine
bigbear this is my first time taking clomid what do you mean if my body can handle it?
i've already gained 11 lbs. i took d-bol too though.
Clomid can make you see streaks especially at night, and taking it at higher doses can increase this. i would just take it like he said 3x a day after meals to be on the safe side. you should be ok with taking 50 or 100mg at once.
when u star ur pct ,u might want o go with (200 mg -day 1),(100 mg-day 2) and from day 3 on u will only need 50 mg ,hope u get it now, :wg:
I have had excellent PCT recoveries over and over and I only do 100 mg clomid the first day, and then 50 mg there after and I never get grumpy, frumpy, blurry vision or the other side effects everyone else doing 300 mg first day, 100 mg first week after first day then 50 mg thereafter are doing. I think its unnecessary to do so much unless you are highly loaded on estrogen and need the anti-estrogen properties of clomid.Quote:

At one point, too much clomid can inhibit recovery as well as I am firm believer in 50 mg a day. BTW, I also use liquid clomid. You might not want to put directly on tounge, burns, add it to 1/3 cup cold water, stir and then squig down.
