Test with 4 weeks of Deca would be my first choice for a first cycle and then Test and EQ as my second to recommend to a newbie.
Test and EQ.
Running test alone reduces collagen synthesis drastically.. EQ and some other AS's can increase this up to 400%
I wouldnt recommend deca, tren or any other compound known to cause prolactin complications for a first time user
