Need some help on deciding b/t a-dex or femara

Here is the deal. I started my prop/EQ/tren /winny cycle 3 weeks ago. I am taking 500mg of EQ/wk wks 1-12, 100mgs of prop EOD wks 1-15(I know that's a little low, but that's not relevant to this topic), 100mgs of tren EOD wks 1-8, and 50mgs of winny ED wks 9-15. I, along with a few other friends of mine, have noticed that I am starting to hold a little water mainly in my face, I think this is mainly due to the prop. So I am trying to decide b/t a-dex or femara. Now, I would run the a-dex at .25mgs ED or the femara at 1.25mgs EOD. I know femara is much stronger and would probably do a little better job, but I am taking nolva at 10mgs ED and as I recall from research, nolva and femara do not work well together and that a-dex and nolva tend to work really well together. Also, I have read that femara has a substantial effect of estrogen rebound after discontinued use. These two reasons have me leaning more towards a-dex as opposed to femara. The only thing that femara would get my vote for would be that I have heard that femara raises you IGF-1 levels (good) while a-dex lowers them (not good). So with this said, any of you bros have any input with actual experiences or anything to say to help me choose b/t the two. As for now I am leaning more towards a-dex. Thanks bros.

Im running fem and nolva during my cycle and whiching to l-dex for pct. (fem during pct=no no).

Ive been reading that simultaneous nolva and letro is bad becuase the letro is way more effective and the nolva would be wasted. I cant seem to find any deffinite answers to how to take letro either. Dosages are from .5 to 1.25mg EOD. Some say to taper it off before PCT, some say to add nolva earlier than PCT start. I dont mean to hijack, but we could all benefit from these questions.

I have done research and plenty, but no clear answers were really concluded in any of them. Most of them had good info about the two and opposing facts about the two, but no clear answers dealing with PERSONAL EXPERIENCES backing up their claims.
