yes, i started at 200mg but found my stuff to be a little underdosed so i upped it to 800mg by the end, and i couldn't even bring myself to go to the gym.........i was basically stuck on the couch.
Well, DNP's purpose is to create an ATP deficit in your body - lower ATP levels, lower energy levels, lower ability to exhert force. Goes with the territory - you'll get your strength back when you get off DNP.
Make sure you tell us how your DNP cycle comes out.

do you think they're be a difference of when you dose or is that nonsense since it stays in your blood stream so long? i was thinking maybe try to workout before your daily dose.
Just lift as best as you can to maintain muscle and strength. Don't go for any records, it's not going to happen. You just have to tough it through.
