ldex question

I am going to be starting 500mg test en. and 400mg eq per week for 12 weeks. I tend to retain water and am planning to use 10mg nova and .25 mg ldex ed. How much water retention should I expect? I have never used ldex before.

its hard to say exactly, individuals are different....but don't expect a whole lot of water....10mg nolv and .25ml l-dex is the way to go
