Things to know, I was deep enough into the muscle. Using a 1" pin 3 9/10's into the delt. It's not "hot". Its a knot and is sore as H3LL. Could it just be oil buildup?
try hot compress and message to get the oil dissapated.
Good idea.. I will try the heating pad this evening. This shizzle hurts man.
