HELP - Cycle Nutrition
I'm having trouble getting my cals, please have a look and help me out.
Stats (Currently 3 weeks into cycle):
5'9, 185 lbs, 2nd cycle, 10 years training exp.
Low dose cycle I'm currently on:
1-4: Test Prop 50mg/ed
1-15: Test E 350mg/week (shot E3D)
1-16: EQ 400mg/weeh (shot E3D)
Nolva 10mg/day + L-dex .3mg/day
I'm up 12 lbs in 3 weeks from the prop (not too bloated either).
I'm having trouble getting my calories up there (I'm bulking), I can't seem to break 3500 cals/day and I know I need to eat more. See below:
Cals Meal Description
650 7am 2 eggs, 8 whites, 2 whole wheat toast, lowfat cheese
500 10am 2 cups skim milk, 2 scoops whey, 2 tble spoons flax oil
600 noon Large Tuna sandwich, large salad (beans, etc)
500 3pm 2 cups skim milk, 2 scoops whey, 2 tble spoons flax oil
500 7pm 2 chicken breast, rice, salad
300 10pm 2 scoops Whey in water
300 3am 2 scoops Whey in water
Protien 270 grams
Thoughts on how I can add cals...am I being too strict? Maybe even a bit of junk food to get my cals up?

stay away from junk food. Stick with nutritious colorie dense foods. Such as Penut butter (natural kind) whole wheats. MRP shakes. etc, Dont eat junk on a regular basis.

just fit more food into your schedule you only have like 3 solid meals that isnt enough

yeah...more solid food. I figured as much, prolly a stupid question. Just **** full all the time. Hopefully when the EQ kicks in hunger won't be an issue.

It should......you could always toss in some nasty ass weight gainer as well that stuff is grooooossss

try to eat every 2 hours, instead of every 3. Even if it is a Protien bar or 2! Maybe even throw out a protien shake there and add a weight gainer shake if you can't eat enough! Or maybe even try B-12 to increase appitie! EQ will do the trick tho, but i like to take b-12 when comming off cycles too for when i get depressed and can't eat!
