    200mg a week deca enough?

    I will be starting my first cycle in about another 12 days. I was going to do sust and deca with the ole dbol first 4 weeks kickstart. But I am having second thoughts about the deca as I really dont like the sound of all the sides. But I do like the idea of less pain in my joints. Here is my question. Would it be beneficial to run, say just 200mg deca a week? Will this relive joint pain and aid in a little more gain? And will this amount produce less sides? Not sure as to whether or not deca sides are dose dependant.

    yes, 200 mg a week will be sufficient enough for joint relief/tendon strengthening, but as for the mass/strength gain off 200 mg a week. it isnt even worth it brutha.
