    t3-clen cycle.....starting cycle soon.

    I am getting ready to place my order for my T3/clen cycle. Looking to shed some fat before my next AAS cycle. Just some questions I feel I need to clear up before hand. I will be attempting to follow Mallet's cycle suggestion for this as closely as possible. Prior to starting this I will be monitoring my temp to ensure everything is in line before starting. It is my understanding that a temp. range of 97.6-98.2 is optimal? This is how it will break down.

    T3
    Day 1-5 200mcg
    Day 6 100mcg
    Day 7 50mcg

    Clen
    Day 1 40mcg
    Day 2 60mcg
    Day 3 80mcg
    Day 4-7 140mcg

    Then 5 days off. Then repeat 7 day cycle.

    Tuarine @ 5mg ED throughout
    Potassium ED throughout
    Multi-vitam ED throughout.

    Now here are my questions:
    1) How many times can I repeat this 7 day cycle?
    2) Is there any PCT required for this?
    3) How long should I wait after this before starting my next AAS cycle?
    4) Will elimanting most of my carbs through out be bad?
    5)Should I take all my T3 at once, if so is it best to take in the morning before or after my cardio?
    6) Clen should be spread through out the day, 1st comming after morning cardio and then no later than 3pm?

    I know this has probably been gone over a ton of times, but basically just looking for a little reassurnace before starting.

    1) as long as your temp stays within .5 deg from one day to the next.
    2) coleus forskolii and t-100x
    3) you can take AAS with your t3 and clen, just don't do a t3 cycle during AAS pct's
    4)I'm not a big fan of low carb diets?
    5)first thing in the morning empty stomach unless you get nausea then take with meals, divided all at once no biggie.
    6) definately split up the clen into 3 or 4 doses throughout the day

    i know that dividing your clen doses will even out your serum levels to a certain degree, and reduce sides due to less of a spike in levels, but would there really be any other beneficial effects from splitting up the doses?

    I take 200-220mcg a day, and i take it all at once. I know i should split it up, but i dont have time. Other than sides, is there really any harmful effect of this administration method?

    Yes, your body cant handel taking that huge of a dose at once, not good for you. On top of that, the half life is short so you wont have any in your system working by the time mid day comes around.

    days 1-4 - 25mcg
    5-8 - 50 mcg
    9-12 - 75mcg
    13-16 - 100 mcg
    17-20 - 125mcg
    21-24 - 100 mcg
    25-28 - 75mcg
    29-32 - 50mcg
    33-36 - 25mcg

    The whole point is to increase the t3 in 25 mcg increments and to come down slowly also.

    That method is played out the 7/5 spilt seems like the educated way to go after reading Mallet's posts Your thyroid doesnt actually start working again until your completly off T3 so your just slowing down recovery by tapering down for so long.

    Hey look a newbie thats been on the board for 5 minutes is calling my advice played out. I have not read the post by Mallet but if he has a revolutioary new way of taking the t3 then by all means try it. This method of the 25 mcg climb and taper off 4 day split is the method I have used personally for about 3 or 4 cycles and it worked very well. I have learned if you don't take AS with the t3 you seem to burn off muscle as well as body fat. Usually 100-300 weekly of test cures that though. Good luck on whatever you decide though.

    I wish I knew that before I bought the liquid...Now I have to transport this stuff to work everyday...The pump looks like a needle...

    vale, i just bought the same combo as you, and wanted to know ur stats.. weight- height- n body fat?... maybe i can model mine after urs or take the same as you are--

    well since hes probably wont answer for a while-- just searching for advice would his cycle be good for a 5'8 220lbs person, with 15-17percent body fat?
    any opinions welcomed.. thanks
