Help - Hair falling out!

I think I'm going crazy. My girlfriend mentioned I was 'thinning' a bit upstairs and it freaked me out. I'm used to having thick hair and my hair genetics are pretty good. I'm on a low dose cycle and I don't think the AS could be having such a big effect on my hair. Now everytine time I'm in the shower, I see hair everywhere, but it might just be because I'm so focused on it. Please have a look at my cycle and let me know if I should take something to help keep my hair?

(Currently 4 weeks into cycle):

Low dose cycle I'm currently on:
1-4: Test Prop 50mg/ed
1-15: Test E 350mg/week (shot E3D)
1-16: EQ 350 mg/week (shot E3D)
Nolva 10mg/day + L-dex .3mg/day

I'm in my 30's, so it's hard to tell if it's AS or if it's just age.
Should I take something for my hair, or am I just going a little nuts?? What are some good options?

Finastride now!!! 2mg ed for 3 weeks than 1mg-1.5mg ed for the rest of your life or until your ready to loose hair.

It is most likely due to the prop and enan. I would jump on some finasteride/propecia at 1mg ED throughout the rest of the cycle. Get some nizoral 2% or 1% shampoo and use that also. That should help a good bit. Good luck bro.

P.S. When I did some prop a while back I noticed a lot of hair falling out, but once my cycle ended it stopped falling out.

The test is causeing DHT converstion in your scalp which is whats killing the roots, more than likely. I say that you need to stay on the finastride for at least 1 month or more after your cycle is ended. At least stay on it until your body is normalized again. IMO

I was on a Prop cycle last year (same amount) and didn't notice it was as bad? Prop will be done in 4 days (then my Test E and EQ should be kicking in), should I lower my Test E from 350mg/week or just leave it and use finastride?

when i was on my cycle, i noticed when i ran my hand through my hair, that more hair then normal would come out. now that im off its back to normal, but its a scary thing.....i feel ya bro

Propecia is the 1mg tabs (expensive) and proscar is 5mg tabs (expensive also). Both are finasteride. I'd go with AR-R 's finasteride cuz it's much less expensive.
