I have been shooting 400mg/sust/week(split eod) and 300mg/deca wk. lately the pain has been so bad bc i just rotated quads and today i shot one in my glute and there is little pain. can i just rotate my left and right glutes?????

yea man after awhile ur gonna get scar tissue and its gonna hurt like hell. My last cycle i just did my glutes and the last few weeks it hurt stickin and hurt injectin. Switch it up

scar tissue will always occure and there is no way around it.....try experimenting with new spots...
go triceps bro, I was doing ed injections last cycle and I ran into the same problem, I switched to an injection rotation of left glute, left tri, left shoulder, right shoulder, right tri and right glute. Worked well for me.
rotate sites Bro - scar tissue builds up pretty quick when only using two sites - especially with ED or EOD injections
