what's with the B-12

hey everyone,

i am very new here and i have already read a lot of the educational material posted on the board but i am curious about B-12. what are the major benifits of taking B-12 while on a cycle? i understand B-12 is a important vitamin to the body but obviously there is some connection i am missing. before i get any replies i want to say that so far this is a good board with lot's of info and i'm glad i found it. i was reading back on some of the stuff that has gone on here and i'm supprised that some people here have survived this long. it goes to show you that people should just stick to the rules and there would be no hassle
