    how many cc's of deca should be taken weekly for a begginner.

    If you're looking for straight up advice...you won't get it without providing more info. Age, wt, ht, cycle experience, training experience, diet, etc. etc etc.

    That being said, you've asked a pretty simple question that could be answered with a little reading on your own - check out the educational forums for some "beginner" info.
