sound good to start out with?
i'm 35yrs old
6'0" - 210lbs
20% BF (mostly spare tire and gut)
200mg of cypionate
200mg of deca
once a week
11mg tamoxifen
10,000 units of HCG
my MAIN goal is to lose the spare tire and gut and hopefully get to around 10%-12% BF.
my secondary goal is (of course) to bulk up a little.
my diet consists of:
chicken, fish, steak (lean cuts like tenderloin)
whey/egg protein 55g per serving (2 or 3 a day) has 8g of glut per serving
skim milk for protein shake and 2% for everything else
whole wheat bread (i love bread **** it!)
'GO-LEAN CRUNCH' for fiber (i HATE vegi's)
i try to drink a lot of water but i'm sure i don't drink enough
i work out 4 days a week about 1 1/2 hours a day and do cardio for about 1/2 hour when i can (about 3 times a week)
is this a good plan for someone who is starting out?
what kind of results can i expect after a 3 month cycle?
is there something else i should be doing to help me reach my goal?
