    sound good to start out with?

    i'm 35yrs old
    6'0" - 210lbs
    20% BF (mostly spare tire and gut)

    200mg of cypionate
    200mg of deca
    once a week

    11mg tamoxifen
    10,000 units of HCG

    my MAIN goal is to lose the spare tire and gut and hopefully get to around 10%-12% BF.

    my secondary goal is (of course) to bulk up a little.

    my diet consists of:
    chicken, fish, steak (lean cuts like tenderloin)
    whey/egg protein 55g per serving (2 or 3 a day) has 8g of glut per serving
    skim milk for protein shake and 2% for everything else
    whole wheat bread (i love bread **** it!)
    'GO-LEAN CRUNCH' for fiber (i HATE vegi's)
    i try to drink a lot of water but i'm sure i don't drink enough

    i work out 4 days a week about 1 1/2 hours a day and do cardio for about 1/2 hour when i can (about 3 times a week)

    is this a good plan for someone who is starting out?
    what kind of results can i expect after a 3 month cycle?
    is there something else i should be doing to help me reach my goal?

    i,d run the test higher than the deca but the amps usually come at 250mg a ml for the test and depending on what deca its the same 250mg

    You need more gear, I'd run 600mg of Test and 400mg of Deca . Theres not really much option because your test and deca are the same potency, 200mg of Deca isn't enough for any noticeable effect other than joint lube and if you want to goto 400mg then your Test must be run higher, hense 600mg. Its still a beginner dose but if you aren't comfortable with it then you could do 400mg Test only.

    this is a doctor prescribed amount so i am kinda stuck on the MG's. i was told that i would lose body fat with this combo, is this true?

    you didnt exactly say what ur goals were either but if i were u i would try loose as much bodyfat as possible befor starting a bulking diet so i would recommend doing clen and posibly winny to add defenition

    no you will find you will keep alot of water which will make u look even more bloated

    it helps but u will still have some serious i wud recommend doing clen to loose ur body fat

    Steroids will not make you lose body fat, dieting will.

    is there a website that list all the different kinds of test that would tell me which test has what effects...good and bad?
    i'm doing as much reading as i can but it seems that i get different info from different people which makes this crap very confusing. i just want to bulk up/have definition and lose some gut while doing it and maybe get it doctor prescribed so it's legal. but the doses some people are taking are higher that what the doc wants to give me...what should i do?

    I don't know how badly you legitimently need your HRT, if your boarderline or extremely low or what but you could always save it and not take it until you have enough for 400-600mg /week of test. I doubt your doctor perscibed you Deca for any reason so why not get more test from where you're getting your Deca.

    And you can't bulk and cut at the same time, chose one. Both are diet related and have nothing to do with steroids ... you really need to do some research before you hurt yourself

    deca and test will not make you lose body fat. read up on the roid profiles section. One good choice would be winstrol , but there are others.

    Check out the cutting sticky in the diet forum... cutting is all diet, bro. A lot of it isn't what you eat, but when you eat it and with what you eat it. For instance, youre not supposed to eat carbs/fats together, meals are supposed to be protein/carb or protein fat.
