How many times a day to take anavar???

Next week, im due to start anavar at 40mg day during the last half of my prop/eq cycle. I was wanting some personal experiences on how some of you take var throughout the day and what worked best for you....How did you split up the dosage? I was thinking about 3 times a day. Any suggestions would be great.

i take mine in 3 dosages, just cause then its even.. i knwo some who take it in 2 and some in 1.. all depends on how you want to do it

i was gonna run var on my next cycle also and wanted to know as well. i was thinking 25 mg in the morning, and 25 mg in the evening? i was unfamiliar with var's half life, could i get away with E12 hours?

I personal take them at once and i'm on week 3 on it and i star feeling them a lot much much stronger than b4 did legs last night i puted like 30% more weight love them

and honestly it really won't hurt you to take it in 2 or 3 doses, either is fine with Var's half life. Hell some people take it all in 1 dose and it works fine. I split mine up into two doses, 12 hours apart. I use 40mgs ED and it seems to work great.

I used to split it into 4 doses, but havent notice any diff from E12h...

i was considering either running 50 mg's@4 weeks, 40 mg's @ 5 weeks, or 30 mg's @6 weeks, can anyone help me out here? i was gunna go with the 50 b/c my var is capped at 25 mg's. any help is appreciated.

I've only run it at 50mg ED (10 weeks) so I'm not sure, but I'd prob go with less for longer ( 40mg ED is a good comprimise ) but that's gonna be a pain since you've got caps....
You should really look into capping your own powder - it's seriously cheap- so you can run 50mg+ as long as you want ( or as long as your liver / money holds out!! )

I would go lower and longer (like 8 wks min), if you have the budget. With regards to splitting up var doses, I don't think it's much of an issue, the sides are pretty much non existant. Daily or 2x daily, any more than that can't hurt but is unnecesary IMO.

If it were me i would do 25mg in the am and 25mg after my workout but thats just my .2 cents

Im not questioning your advice, I just want as many people's experienes as possible. So far ive gotten 4 peoples opinions on how to take it and I was just looking for more people to chime in. No need to try to make me feel stupid.
