Air pocket in delt?

Hey bros,
I was giving myself a B12 shot last night and when I pushed the needle into my delt, it was as if I hit an airpocket and deflated it. Anyone ever have this happen? What is it? Bad? Any help...tks

I stuck the pin in. As it was going in, it was as if I hit an air pocket and air came out of the pin hole. kinda deflated a lil. It didnt leave and visible sign of deflation after.
