although it might have looked real nice and formatted when you typed it in, as you can see it didn't come out that way.

next time write your layout this way :

1-9 test cyp amount per week
1-6 d-bol amount per day
10 - 11 hcg amount per day
5-11 - nolvadex - amount per day

but in response to your cycle, change a few things :

1-10 test cyp - 400 mgs / week
1-4 d-bol 25 mg's / day
1-11 nolvadex - 10 mg / day
13 - 15 - PCT

up nolva 20 mg / day

clomid therapy

HCG - not really necessary. if you do want to use it, use mid cycle, not post.

I was wondering when taking nolvadex does it reduce your gain in earlier parts of the cycle?
What are your thoughts.

it barely minimizes gains ......would you rather have minimized gains by like a 3 lb difference or a nice set of tits? know what im sayin

don't leave out the anti-e's bro and pyramiding your juice is more times than not a thing of the past. stick with around 400-500mg test weekly and 30mg dbol daily should be plenty for a first cycle.

Cyp is a long estered test, so it takes a while to build up. By starting at a low dose you are only delaying the build up and thus the best part of your cycle. This is why some people will even frontload with extra test then drop it down. I'd just stick with 500mg of test through the whole cycle. If you wanted to you could end the cycle with 3 weeks of Test prop at a lower dosage and start pct a couple days afterward.
