    suppression of cortisone Levels?

What would be the best thing to take to suppress cortisone levels? I know Clenbuterol blocks the cortisone receptors but at the same time I have read articles that say it does and ones that say it don't. Thanks

I would aslo like to know if 800mg of Phosphatidylersine per day would help with the high levels of cortisone. I have read that it has little effect on normal levels of cortisol in the body, but will work very well on reducing elevated levels after steroid use ?

Adrenalin & cortisol can be minimized by higher test levels. They increase as we age and test levels drop and your in catbolism state the breakdown of tissues. Controlling insulin also affects cortisol levels. If insulin does too good of a job blood glucose drops and stress hormones are released to help. Realize that cortisol is good for you but will take away all your hard earned muscle and makes us age.. DHEA helps controlling cortisol.

When is cortisol released into your system? Right after a workout or anytime when glycogen is depleted from your blood. Space your meals 2.5 to 3 hours apart. Eat carbs in the morning and a fast acting liquid carb (dextrose) right after a workout, followed by a low GI carb about an hour later.
