how much will i bloat

This is my first cycle and i'm doin 500mg/week of test E for 10 weeks, and 30mg of d-bol/day for 4 weeks. So i'm just wonderin how much water retention will i have, and is there any way to cut back on the bloating?

look up - arimidex , liqiudex, letrozole , nolvadex , clomid

you don't seem too much like you know what you're doing

i have my nolvadex and clomid, i was just wondering if there was anything else to help keep it down to a min. I guess i should have been more specific with what i've already got

i've got nolvadex and clomid, i'm not startin my cycle for another few weeks yet, but i've been doin lots of readin up for the last few months

neither of those will help with the bloat. you need liquidex/armidex or letrozole to control bloat.

how much you bloat also depends on your physiological make up bro, everybody is diff... but to give you a ballpark both of those compounds are known to cause noticable water retention

yah i tend to bloat really easily, i figured i would bloat quite a bit. I'm not to worried bout it.

Aromasin , Letrozole , or Liquidex look up those compounds and see which one you prefer check this thread out Arimidex (Ldex, Anastrozole), Femara (Letrozole), Nolvadex(Tamoxifen) & Cholesterol
