I heard that prep h will help eliminate water retention from your body. Does anyone know if that is true. If so, how many applications a day. Please, no jokes on this one.

do you mean preparation h as in the hemorrhoid medication? it's an anti-inflammatory steroid. to my knowledge these things will only remove inflammation related water retention, not hormonal water retention such as from progesterone or estrogen.
Umm never heard of this one, but hey there are alot of things I haven't heard of.
I do know that some female models use it to put under their eyes to releave that "puffy" look under their eyes..
Nothing like alittle butt cream on your face..
