What was your BF before? I put on about 4% but I eat alot and I can loose it really fast when I want to. I am naturally really lean. Metabolism of a humming bird :) My friends hate me for it. :)

yeah what was ur bf% before?? if it was 15-16% not bad at all also how long were you bulking? on cycle or off?
