    Question 1st cycle advice for me

    I'm 25 5'11 250 looking to be 210 workout 5 days a week take sat/sun off only do 20min of cardio. prob 20% body fat not too good i know. thinking on hittin fina/t400/winny/clen /clomid.
    week1 5 pellets a day for 5weeks
    one shot of t400 starting week 3for 5weeks
    winny/clen starting week 7 take for 2 weeks
    clomid about 2weeks after last shot
    any feed back on this cycle would be appreciated bro's or any changes you would make, I'm looking to up my cardio eat 6 small meals a day but not after 7pm,cut carbs up proteins and lift like crazy.

    how are you administering your fina? orally, transdermally, or by injection? also if you do the cardio at 20-30 min 3 times a week, you'll see much better results. i think the rest of the cycle looks good though. might want to split the t400 into 2 shots per week, so blood levels will remain somewhat close to constant.

    i would take the finna transdermally. so you mean dont do cardio 5 days a week only 3. by splitting the t400 into 2 shot per week. do you mean 1/2 cc on mon and another 1/2 cc on thur.

    how much cardio are you doing now? 1-2 days a week? more? if you want to go to 4 it would be fine but i think five is overkill, even with the winny/clen combo. i would split the t400 into 2 shots, 1/2 cc monday, and 1/2 cc on thursday(eg). once a week would be ok, but i prefer to spread it out a little as it keeps blood levels a little more constant. whats the diet look like btw?

    started doing cardio 5days. started eating 6meals ,1cup oatmeal meal 1, protein shake meal2, 2ounce chicken breast and some mixed vegs meal 3. shake or protein bar meal 4, 1ounce chicken or lean steak and medium potato meal 5, plain yogurt meal 6. last meal about7 wait couple of hours then sleep sleep sleep

    ok,
    i would back the cardio to 4, and the meal PATTERN looks good but how much protein you getting? 300-400g is a must while your on. and since your trying to cut(correct?) watch the cals, and eat clean. seems like your already doing this but just keep an eye on what youre ingesting. i think youre good to go brother. seems like youve given this some thought and are trying hard to do it right.
    btw- if youre lifting 5 days a week and doing the cardio for 4, this is plenty...........no need for the 5th day, unless you arent seeing the results you want. but even then, i would just raise the time for the 4 cardio days, i wouldnt add a 5th. you need some rest too bro. we could get into all the stuff about growing while your resting and not lifting, but im sure you know about that already.

    i do have one more question though..........why are you going transdermal on the fina? you could shoot that as well.........

    i understand completely brother, you can buy premix though, and feel more comfortable about it. but its no biggie, i just want you to get the most out of your cycle and shooting the fina is much better than transdermally. i have done it both ways and injecting beats the rub on hands down. go with whatever you feel is best for you though.

    When I cut I do 6 days of cardio a week-I think it's an inividual thing.

    you have a point brother, i think its an individual thing too. but from what chuck was describing to me he only needs what was outlined for him. but hey, advice is plentiful here, and he can go whatever route he chooses. thats also why i like it here, you get a huge amount of ideas when you post something on this board............
