this is my 14th week of my cycle and i feel that my body has long deserved a week off training. especially since during this cycle i've kind of messed my shoulder up some while going to heavy benching. my dillemma is whether i should take the week off during these last 2 weeks of my cycle (as to assure that there would be no muscle loss) or to take the week off sometime within the first couple of weeks following pct. any opinions as always are greatly appreciated
