    Is it okay...??

Is it okay to take a 2 week break before starting juice, to give your body a rest from all the hardcore training it's gonna be under? I'm gonna eat and train more and harder while on juice, so I was thinking of giving myself a break before I get on the horn. Bad idea? Or okay?

i dont see anything wrong with it. if you are running things that take 4-5 weeks to kick in there shouldnt be a problem. if you are taking time off because of any injuries make sure you are 100% before starting cycle..thats JMO

    not a bad idea.

some people, rather than stopping altogether, have a deloading period. this is where for a couple of weeks they'll train with around 60-80% of the weight they woukd normally train at...

    good luck,
