Not feeling anything on DNP, should i up the dose?

Hey guys so today is my 3rd day on DNP (200mcg) and i feel NOTHING whatsoever, not even feeling hot..
I know that i should feel it after 3-4 days from starting but nothing. I actually feel great.

I drink A LOT of water, take a lot of vitamins, anti-oxidants, minerals and plenty of fruit and vaggies..

So should i up to dose to 400mcg? or stay on 200mcg for another day?
What do u recommend?

3 days is long enough to see if you have any allergies, which is important. So, if you wanted to up it tomarrow that would be fine. Also, DNP is in mg not mcg.

Ok understood. So i'll take 200MG in the morning and another 200MG when exactly? or 400mg all at once?...

p.s: this is my first dnp cycle.

curious, how much do you weigh?
Normally DNP kicks into full gear on day 4, that is when you have the highest concentration in your system.

Last i checked i was at 205 pounds.

if i was going to go to 400mg i would probably do 200mg then 200mg 12hrs later jsut to gauge the effect first

If you want to bump it up because you'd planned to do 400mg then fair enough. If you want to bump it up simply because you can't feel 200mg then I'd wait.

give it another day or two. A friend of mine was in the same situation as you but he started feeling warm on day 4 and definitly felt it on day 5. It didnt hit him hard or anything, in fact it was very tolerable. But he didn't feel it start to work properly until day 4/5 . He ended up running 200mg for 14 days and dropped 9 lbs. just my 0.02

No ofcourse i had planned to bump it up on day 4/5 assuming that it wouldnt affect me much at 200mg and its not.

Also do i have to take them 12 hours apart? or is it ok to just take the 400mg all at once?
Cuz lets say i take the first one at 11:00 (usually when i wake up) so 12 hours later thats 23:00 and i sleep around 2-3 so i dont want it to affect my sleep.

have you monitored your temp at all?
mine has been slowly going up the past 2 days, and normaly i'm in the 97.5's and now i'm in the 98's and i would presume sine we are "normaly" 98.6 that i wouldnt feel any of the real heat untill my body went past that mark.
i dont see why you couldnt take it all at once, i would prefer to go the 12/12 thing a day or two just to see what happens then, and then maybe 400mg at once... being my first time i'm playing it nice and safe... but thats me.

what ever you decide be sure and let us know so we can learn from it :)

Its my first time too bro and no i havent monitored my temp yet cuz i'm not feeling hot at all.
I'm gona start monitoring from tomorrow, and i will take the 400mg at once, so we'll see what happens.

and i belive that by monitoring my temp early i have a general idea that it is working just slowly at that and building up... at least at this point thats what i am presuming

sv-1 has a great DNP speadsheet on this board. Go plug in your doses and see how it build in your blood.... it peaks at 15 days.... not 3 as many have said. Be safe Bro... :D gotta roll, I'm late...

Does that mean i still wont feel it till day 15? i'm really confused!
I've done a lot of research and it says that people WILL feel it on day 4/5.

I took 400mg 30min ago btw :wg:

end of day 3 here and i'm still feeling pretty normal throughout the day, i was even out side painting a house and felt fine.. oh well its only day 3 still alot of time to go :)

today would be my 4th day i'm takeing them every 12hrs now so i've taken about 3 in the last day or so and last night my med was soaking wet, but when i get up in the AM i feel pretty much normal

Check out my journal in the members results forum when i used DNP. I did not sweat at all the first 5 days and then all of the sudden **** hit the fan. Now granted there were many variables that could have caused my temperature to sky rocket, the DNP being one of those. MONITOR YOUR BODY TEMPERATURE!! That is the most important thing I did. Take in a good amount of potassium too to help regulate your body fluids and in turn body temp. Down a couple V8's they will help with potassium intake. I used Hell Fire Labs DNP also at only 200mg ED and had troubles.

Don't take clen with DNP! I don't remember why but it's bad, ask SV-1. You can take ephedrine and T3 with DNP but not clen.

I've asked around and also -H- told me that its perfectly ok to run it with DNP and even go up to 200mcg(Clen).

Yeam KOM says its good to go also. I dont think SV-1 likes clen at all. I know that he has taken clen by itself and reacted adversly so that may be why that was said.
