    Talking elbows killing me!

latly my elbows have been killing me, even more so if i do tri's,(they hurt for like 4 days)My question is wtf? winstrol doesnt make my joints hurt this bad?
    my current cycle is:
    Week 1-4 45mg Dianabol ed
    week 1-16 750mg test E
    week 1-15 600mg EQ
    week 12-18 50mg winstrol ed
I have been lifting heavier because of the d-bols, but not too much.
can b-5 cause joint pain? because ive been on b-5 for about a month and a half. i have up'd the glutamine and still nothin any ideas?

take glucosamine+chondroiten and and MSM (promotes collogen production) any one of these compounds are very marginal in effectiveness. When used in conjuction they really help your joints and connective tissue. takes about 2 weeks to really kick in. but its cheap, safe, effective way to help your joints. (If you have a serious injury see a doctor, but if its just sore try this)

    peace, LAN
untill you get your joint support compounds listed above. try taking some Ibeuprofin.

I've always needed to get a good warm up for my elbows... I usually start with some close grip bench and some light rope extensions... one the blood is localized and the joint is warn I start nailing out cambered extensions. Wave loading is also very helpful...

imo it could be the possibility that your muscles are becoming stronger than your joints and ligaments can actually handle. increase your warm up and try decreasing the weight and shooting for higher reps
