    Cardio on cycle

    Alright quick question Im 167 11% BF

    cycling with test cyp for a 10 weeker

    Now ive never been this high in BF % and I know how much cardio to do to loose fat I usually do 45-60 mins moderate intensity at 65% max HRT rate for 3-5 times a week when trying to shed fat.

    But Since im wanting to do a bulker i think that this will probably not be beneficial to my goals too much cardio for weight gain.


    How much cardio should I do in order to loose fat on cycle while still gainning muscle weight?

    Ill probably back it down to 45 mins 2-3 times a week or even 30 mins but just wanted to check with all the gurus out there

    I'll be using 500mg Test. a week, 50-100mg Tren . a week. I want to do the same thing as Bryon2. How much cardio can I get away with?

    i do cardio 3 times a day 30min each on all my bulking cycles usually after each workout......keeps me in great shape

    you have to be carful doing cardio for long peroids of time while on cycle, the muscle gain is the most important thing for most people when they are on. So why risks eating into it with a bunch of cardio... In my opinion and it is just my opinion i would do no more then 30 minutes 3 times a week... but that is just me

    Why even bother with cardio?? If your gaining muscle you will lose the fat just by gaining the new muscle.. You know the whole more muscle you have on your body the faster your BMR is The more calories you burn the leaner your are.. IMO dont even bother with the cardio. Gain as much muscle as you can do your pct THEN when your done with your cycle do cardio..

    Ive gone that route before and it was ok but I want to minimize the fat gain because I usually end up with about 1 pound fat for ever 2 pounds muscle gained
