Along with the stretching another good technique that also goes hand in hand and can aid with seperations is to flex after your sets. You have to flex really hard and hold it for a while.
If you don't do either of these, just give it a try and see how you like it.
*When doing the fascia stretching, don't bounce while doing it. Just push, or pull into the stretch, and hold it.
