    Fascia Stretching

This is a link to a very good article on fascia stretching.
    http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/maga...lstretching.htm

Along with the stretching another good technique that also goes hand in hand and can aid with seperations is to flex after your sets. You have to flex really hard and hold it for a while.
If you don't do either of these, just give it a try and see how you like it.
*When doing the fascia stretching, don't bounce while doing it. Just push, or pull into the stretch, and hold it.

Parillo performance thought of this stretching back in the 80's so it's a little dated.

Yep that's exactly where I remember it from...
Do you remember Franco Santorello (spelling?)

Claimed he gains a whole 1" on his arms in only about 2 weeks
from this technique perform by John Parillo when he trained with
him... He also said it was one of the most painful things ever and
his arms were black and blue for weeks...

I think this technique really works, i know myself my arms hit 18 1/2"
and no matter how much more the rest of me grow they don't seem
to get any bigger, but halfway into a workout they are so tight i felt
like i can't get anymore of a pump or size increase even though i know
    i should be able too...
