    Newby with a couple questions

    I started my 1st cycle of QV teston 200 8 days ago, One cc a week. I am on a great diet 4000 cal. and have been busting my ass 5 days a week. When I started working out i was 5'6 145 lbs. Now I am 160 lbs. my goal is to hit 175 lean. Is there anything other than vitamins and shakes i need to be taking? Can I take creatine as well? Sould i take one cc a week for 6 weeks or 10 weeks? How often can i drink?
    Any suggestions

    well you can't drink cyp, so don't even try unless you just wanna waste your gear.

    you should be doing 2 cc's (400 mg) a week for 10 weeks. but you're obviously not going to have enough gear for that.

    my suggestion - stop right now and wait until you get more gear to start up again.

    I can always get my hands on more should i start 2cc next week? and if so for how long?

    do you know which anti-e in case you start getting symptoms of gyno / bloat ??

    do you know about PCT ??

    get nolvadex (tamoxifen ) and take 10 or 20 mg a day.
    lots of meat , fish , peanut butter , and eggs
    diet is always your choice but I personally gain the most weight off sushi and meat
    can't beat raw eggs either ( just wash the shell , salmonella is on the outside )
    throw the whole egg shell and all in your blender when you prepare a shake cause the calcium is in the shell
    If thats too much then take calcium pills I find it helps ease the growing pains when the strength increase hits.
    In my personal experience real foods like eggs and meat put more weight on than any shake. I myself have taken whey protein as long as I can remember now I for some reason never touch it.
    Increase that testosterone you have take 1.5 cc twice a week or 1.25cc twice a week.
    take the tamoxifen or your gains just won't be lean like you are hoping.

    First, I wouldn't touch a raw egg or the shell. I don't care how good you clean it the risk of salmonella is way too high. Just cook your eggs.

    Get your PCT dialed in. PM me if you want a good one. I just finished 9 months of cycling and am 30 days into my PCT and I have lost nothing. I consult with a former IFBB pro and his PCT which is now what I use is rock solid. Expensive, but worth it.

    So in 8 days youve gained 15lbs the test hasnt even kicked in yet. If you want to make this worth while at least go for 400mg/week.
