i took my blood pressure and it was 150/90, this may not be all that accurate but i was at my doc a bit ago and he said my blood presure might be a little bit high. clen can raise blood pressure so im wondering if i should avoid it

I would if i had high BP
Yes it is a bad idea, however, measuring bp is always dicey. I've had mine checked with ratings from very high, to well below normal.
yea the girl who did it was my sisters friend and ur suppose to be at rest for about 5 mins before u get it done, i think im gonna go to kmart or something tomarrow and get it checked myself
screw k-mart... those automated machines are notorious for being innacurate.
150/90 is borderline high. i wouldn't be the least bit concerned. a slight bit of nervousness or activity probably elevated it.

Get your BP checked by a professional. If your BP is high which is really anything greater than 140/80 then don't take the Clen.
Throughout my cycles BP is always up! Its just part of the game for certain people! Watch it and be careful if it stays that high for a couple of days stop!!! Bp verys so much I doubt after laying in bed for 1 hour that it would still be that HIGH!
