vitamin b12 on a with a cylce??

i was considering taking B12 when on my cylce.. any advice on how to take it.. and how much.. what about orally???

500mcg/day is good to take. intramusculary is best.

i got all kinds of stuff but im thinkin about startin this time with 500mg sustanon a week first 6 weeks using dbol as well.. and taking 50 mg masteron every day or 2.... still tryin to work that all out... then finishing with some winstrol .... what kinda needle do you use with b12.. can you use an insulin needle or what.. i havent ever messed with b12 before so im all open on how to use it

You can use a insulin needle no problem, personally I do my B12 injections with 25g 1,25"
