500mcg/day is good to take. intramusculary is best.
i take vit b12 while i'm on my cycle, i take one a day. thats wot it says to do on the bottle any way. what cycle you gonna use?

You can use a insulin needle no problem, personally I do my B12 injections with 25g 1,25"
B-12 is great for you. I shoot 1ooomcg eod.
does it matter what your cycle is when it comes to taking a certain Vit?
